Terms of Use
These terms govern your use of speccourt.com. By using the site you accept them. If you do not accept them, please stop using the site.

1. What this site is
SpecCourt publishes editorial buying guides, comparisons and reviews about consumer electronics ("3C" products). All content is provided for general information. It is not professional, legal, financial or safety advice, and it is not a substitute for checking a manufacturer's own documentation before you buy or use a product.
2. Licence to use the content
You may read, link to, quote briefly from and share our pages for personal, non-commercial purposes, provided the quotation is accurate and attributed to SpecCourt with a link to the original page. You may not reproduce a guide in full, resell it, present it as your own, scrape the site at scale, or use our content to train a commercial model without written permission. For syndication or licensing, contact [email protected].
Product names, brand names and logos shown on this site belong to their respective owners and are used for identification and commentary only. Their use does not imply endorsement, sponsorship or any relationship with SpecCourt.
3. Accuracy, specifications and availability
We describe products from manufacturer-published specifications and retailer listings, and we date every guide with the last time we checked it. Even so:
- Manufacturers change specifications, firmware and bundles without notice, and regional versions differ.
- Retailer stock, bundles and shipping terms change hourly.
- We do not test every product we write about, and guides say so where that is the case.
Content is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. Verify anything that matters to you against the manufacturer or retailer before committing money.
4. Pricing
We do not publish product prices as fixed figures, because they go stale. Product cards link to the retailer's live listing and the price you see there is the price that applies. Any price, discount or availability statement you encounter on a third-party site is that site's responsibility, not ours.
5. Affiliate links
Product links are commercial outbound links and may earn us a commission. This never changes the price you pay. Full detail — including what commission does and does not influence — is in the Affiliate Disclosure, which forms part of these terms.
6. Third-party sites
Following an outbound link takes you to a site we do not control. We are not responsible for its content, terms, privacy practices, pricing, fulfilment, warranty handling or customer service. Retailer transactions are between you and that retailer.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to interfere with the site's operation, attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the hosting infrastructure, submit automated traffic intended to distort measurements, or use the site in a way that breaches applicable law.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SpecCourt Media and its contributors are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from your use of this site or from a purchasing decision made after reading it — including lost profits, lost data, or the cost of a product you are unhappy with. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
9. Corrections
If you believe something on the site is wrong, tell us at [email protected] with the page URL and the specific claim. Verified corrections are applied and the page's last-checked date is updated.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the site changes. The "last updated" date at the top of this page always reflects the current version, and continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised terms.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable at the publisher's principal place of establishment, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence are unaffected. Questions about this clause can be sent to [email protected].
